Improved UX for Managing Payments

An update has been implemented to the extension to make capturing payments easier. Payment can now be entered from the find player menu option.

  1. Click the $ button,
  2. To enter new payment details,
    1. Enter the details
    2. Save or Cancel.
  3. To update existing details,
    1. Click the payment description from the list.
    2. Edit the details
    3. Save or Cancel.

 This feature is only available in the commercial release, but you can see a demo here

 In the new div shown, enter the details to create a new entry or select from the list of details

 

When the payment details is clicked, it is loaded in the form.

This new functionality reduces the  number of steps needed to add or update payment details. Previously the steps included

  1. Find the player or member
  2. Click the name to navigate to the details page.
  3. Click the payment tab
  4. Add or Edit payment details
  5. Save or cancel

This has been reduced to

  1. Find the player or member
  2. Click the payment icon to open the payment form
  3. Enter details for new payment or click the payment description to edit existing payments
  4. Save or Cancel.
