Use the communication manager

Note :

You can only send communications to groups / divisions of which you are a leader. So  if for example a club has an Under 7 soocer programme, which is made up of Team Alpha , Team Beta etc.  and  you are the group leader of Team Alpha , then you can only send communication to that Team Alpha.

However if  you are the team leader of the Under 7 programme, you can send communication to all members of the teams, ie Team Alpha , Team Beta etc.

Usage

Select the manage communication menu option,

The communication list which is shown , is  by default filtered by unsent email messages. To see more filters, click on the show filters buttons.

 

The body of the message is also condensed to only show the first line of the message.

By hovering over the message, a drop down icon is shown which can be clicked to open the entire message.

 

By clicking on the show filters buttons, all the filters which can be used are shown. After selected any required filter, select the filter button to filter the communication list.

To create a new message, select the create message drop down, which would list all the communication templates in the system as well as the blank message option.
