Clubreg 3.0 also allows officials to upload files and attachments to the member profiles. The document / files which are uploaded can be categorised and grouped according to the document type list. The document type list can be configured using the config feature for clubreg 3.0. See the how to page.
Notes
Managing a player also involves adding some notes about a player or member, making those notes private or deleting the notes.
Payment / Fees
Clubreg 3.0 also allows officials to keep track of the payment information about players. Capture simple payment information including the description, payment method, amount, transaction number, the status of the payment the due date and some additional notes.
The payment description , payment method and payment status are all configurable list, which are setup in the administration section of your clubreg installation.
Other Details
Clubreg 3.0 also allows officials to capture much more information than the standard, personal information (name, dob, sex email etc ) and club information (season, group etc). The list of other bit of information about a player is infinite. A new tab (Other Details) contains configurable input fields and labels allow club officials to capture these extra bit of information
