Update to the EOI Pages

A few joomla templates do not use the bootstrap framework, so the eoi page used to collect expression of interest doesn't render quite well. A patch has be implemented to temporaryly fix this problem.

EOI for Senior Players

To enable this option.

1. Go to the menu option in administrator.
2. Add a menu option to collect the eoi or update the existing menu option,
3. Switch to the the "Rendering Option"  Tab.
4. Change the option from "no" to "yes"
5. Save the menu details.
