Zapier Integration
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and more. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.
Zapier provides connectors for popular CRM, such as Salesforce, ZohoCrm.
The goal of Clubreg zapier integration is to expose the data about a clubreg member for creating integrations with other applications via zapier.
Clubreg uses the Webhooks by Zapier. Webhooks simply POST data (or JSON) to a specific URL every time we see something new. Webhooks can also accept data (or JSON) to kick off a workflow in Zapier.
The demo integration on the demo site, sends the payload below via webhooks to zapier which then constructs an email which is sent with the payload.

An update has been implemented to the extension to make capturing payments easier. Payment can now be entered from the find player menu option.
- Click the $ button,
- To enter new payment details,
- Enter the details
- Save or Cancel.
- To update existing details,
- Click the payment description from the list.
- Edit the details
- Save or Cancel.

With any association or club, members have special events which they commemorate such as
- Birthdays
- Marriages
- Remembrances
This is a new feature which has been implemented and added to clubreg. This feature allows officials to set alerts on members. Alerts can be added from the "Find Players / Members" page or from the "Manage Players / Members" page.
Clicking on the "Bell" Icon opens the alert UI.

Members of associations are something related and to get a quick overview of who is related to who, clubreg has implemented a relationship tab.
From this tab, officials are able to add new relationships, by searching the members table, and then linking members together. The possible relationships include spouses, children or parent.
Having the related member details present also allows for easy navigation.
These features have been implemented to make managing an association more efficient.
